La Roca Rara Wedding Costa Del Sol
I was very privileged to be booked to do a wedding at La Roca Rara in June this year.
The Villa is in southern Spain near Nerja and is surrounded by the two beautiful historic villages
of Frigiliana and Torrox.
La Roca Rara Villa
was designed and built in the style of the Alhambra Palace by an American in 1970.
The villa’s main floor has a beautiful lounge with central fireplace and stunning views of the sea.
La Roca Rara is set in two and a half acres of lovingly tended gardens and orchards
the villa boasts breathtaking views across to the Mediterranean on one side and the rugged slopes of the Sierra Almijara on the other.
There are ample options for indoor and outdoor dining.
You can choose to eat in the shady courtyard, the inside dining area that seats up to 20 or out on the spacious terrace which
can seat considerably larger amounts of guests for weddings and other private or corporate functions.
There is a large courtyard in the centre of the villa which houses a swimming pool and sun loungers
which the wedding party made great use of later on in the evening.
